Side Street Espresso, owned by George Gee and Deborah Seaton, is closing on September 30 after 30 years. I am going to sneak in one last time this coming Saturday to play some original music on the soon-to-be-retired Tom Begich Stage that George built for me and so many others who have played through here. Side Street helped restart my music and has been the site of every CD (and my book) release party I have had… This will be bittersweet for me, but the sweet always outlays the bitter with George and Deb… Come help me say a fond farewell to this iconic venue, and these amazing folks… 12:00 - 2:30
